1. Who We Are
Amostify is a digital agency operating across Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United States and the United Arab Emirates, with its main operations in Lahore, Pakistan. Amostify is the controller of the personal information collected through www.amostify.com. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, you can contact us at hello@amostify.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, request a quote, book a call or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, company name, project details and any files you upload.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, time spent and approximate location. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Information from third parties. We may receive limited information from analytics, advertising and email service providers, and from public business profiles such as LinkedIn.
3. How We Use Your Information
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver our services
To manage client projects, invoices and payments
To send project updates, support messages and, where permitted, marketing emails
To analyse and improve website performance, content and user experience
To protect the website against spam, fraud and security threats
To meet our legal and accounting obligations
4. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, we process your data on these bases: performance of a contract or steps before entering one, our legitimate interests (running and improving our business and keeping the site secure), your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing emails), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as web hosting and email providers (for example Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), analytics tools (for example Google Analytics and Google Search Console), form, CRM and scheduling tools, payment processors (for example Stripe or PayPal) and professional advisers. These providers may only use your data to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Client Project Data
When we build or manage a website for a client, we may access the client’s website data, including their customers’ personal information. In that case the client is responsible for that data and we process it only on their instructions and to deliver the agreed work.
7. International Transfers
We work with clients in Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United States and the United Arab Emirates, and our providers may store data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiry data is usually kept for up to 24 months, and client records and invoices are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. We then delete or anonymise it.
9. Data Security
We use measures such as HTTPS, access controls, firewalls and regular backups to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to incidents.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, and under laws such as the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email hello@amostify.com and we will reply within 30 days.
11. Marketing Emails
We only send marketing emails if you have asked for them or where the law allows. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to opt out.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to other websites, videos and social platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
13. Children's Privacy
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
